On November 6th and 7th, our esteemed partner, Technische Universität Dresden, took an active role in the conference “Räume und Lernwelten – Perspektiven auf die Gestaltung der Hochschullehre”, shedding light on the groundbreaking approach of VirtualCollaborativeLearning (VCL) developed in our COWEB project.
The event served as a platform to showcase the COWEB project, emphasizing its implementation of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) within the standard curriculum at Technische Universität Dresden. Professor Dr. Schoop Eric spearheaded the presentation, providing intricate details on COIL modules within the Virtual Collaborative Learning Framework. Notably, Prof. Schoop highlighted the project successful expansion of this pedagogical approach to the western balkans Area.
The presentation at the Dresden International University (DIU) Conference outlined a three-step approach, covering the implementation of local, regional, and international VCLs within the COWEB project consortium. This strategic method aims to establish a comprehensive Virtual Collaborative Learning ecosystem, fostering educational exchange and cooperation across borders. Similar successful transfers have been achieved within the JOVITAL and VALUE-x projects.
